Returns & Exchanges
At Sahr Studios, every piece is made with intention, care, and quality. Because we operate on a made-to-order model — meaning your item is made specifically for you, after you order — our returns policy looks a little different from a typical retail store's, and we want to be transparent about why.
Change of Mind & Sizing
We encourage you to check our size chart carefully before ordering, and we’re always happy to provide sizing advice or discuss custom measurements before you purchase.
Exchange Conditions
Where an exchange is approved, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition and packaging
Final Sale
Custom-made and altered items are final sale, as these are created specifically to your request and cannot be resold.
Exchange Outcome
Approved exchanges are issued as store credit only — we don't offer cash refunds.
Courier Fees
Courier fees for approved exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
International Orders
We are currently unable to accommodate exchanges or returns on international orders. International shipping incurs courier fees, customs charges, and duties that frequently exceed the value of the original order, making returns of this nature impractical to offer at this time.
